1.     Purpose: To continue the 2025 campus net-zero green lifestyle promotion activities and encourage colleges and universities within the jurisdiction to actively participate in environmental education projects related to net-zero green lifestyle, this project is specifically expanded to improve green lifestyle actions on college campuses. It aims to let students transform concepts into action, implement them thoroughly, and move toward the goal of 2050 net-zero carbon emissions.

2.     Organizer: Environmental Protection Bureau of Tainan City Government.

3.     Target Participants: Departments, institutes, or student clubs of colleges and universities in this city.

4.     Project Application Period: From the date of announcement until March 20, 2026.

5.     Project Implementation Schedule: From the date of approval until October 30, 2026.

6.     Project Application Method: Please submit application projects before the deadline via mail (based on postmark) or in person to this Bureau (No. 72, Lane 133, Section 2, Zhonghua East Road, East District, Tainan City 701044) and indicate "2026 Tainan City Campus Net-Zero Green Lifestyle Promotion Project" on the cover.

7.     Required Documents for Application: Application form, action plan proposal, breakdown of expenditure expenses, authorization letter.

8.     Project Selection Method: Conducted via a committee selection process; at least 10 cases will be selected based on merit for execution, with a maximum approved funding of 100,000 TWD per case.
