To ensure master’s and doctoral graduates completing graduation procedures within the required timeline this semester,

please allow at least one week for the format review process when uploading electronic thesis to the library system.

It is recommended that all electronic thesis upload procedures be completed by February 6, 2026.

Regarding Regulations on Delayed Publication of Degree Thesis:

(1) According to official letters issued by the Ministry of Education on June 4, 2025, and by the Office of Academic Affairs of this University on August 20, 2025, starting from 2025/2026 semester (inclusive), applications for delayed publication of degree thesis must be submitted before the degree examination and approved by the examination committee.

(2) Graduates shall scan the signed and stamped application form for delayed publication into a one-page PDF file and upload it together with the electronic thesis to the University’s Master’s and Doctoral Thesis System.

However, due to ongoing system function adjustments, before the end of December 2025, the application form should be emailed to the dedicated Master’s and Doctoral Thesis System mailbox (E-mail: etds@ncku.edu.tw). During this period, the application form does not need to be included in the electronic thesis or the printed thesis.

(3) If delayed publication is approved, the bibliographic information (Chinese and English abstracts, table of contents, keywords, and references) will also be delayed accordingly, and the reason for delayed publication must be consistent with that stated in the application form.
